The Mighty Marching Pirates are guided not only by our staff—but by an incredible group of student leaders. These individuals go above and beyond in rehearsal, performance, and behind the scenes. They lead by example and help keep our band family organized, energized, and united.

Drum Majors

Our top student leaders conduct the ensemble, lead rehearsals, and serve as the face of the band on and off the field.

Section Lieutenants

Lieutenants help support and coordinate with Section Leaders while acting as upper-level leaders across entire instrumental families.

Section Leaders

Section Leaders guide their peers musically and logistically within each instrumental section. They run sectionals, assist with music and marching technique, and act as first-line mentors for new members.
