2025-2026 INTENT TO MARCH


Welcome to the Mighty Marching Pirates! This form is for all students who plan to participate in Marching Band for the 2025-2026 school year.


This form registers your student for the 2025-2026 Marching Band. Completing this signifies your "Intent to March." This registration and a $50 deposit need to be sent in by May 5, 2025. 



Marching Band Only: This registration is specifically for Marching Band. Separate registrations will be required for other band programs (Winter Guard, Jazz, Symphonic, etc.) and you will be notified when those are open.


Booster Hub Access:

  • New Users: Complete all fields. You'll receive a Booster Hub invitation via email. Both Students & Parents need to check your email and complete your account set up. Both student and parent(s) accounts are required.
  • Existing Users: Update your information using your name or email. Make sure you go to your email & complete the account set up.
  • Student Email: Please use either the student's school-issued or personal email address. 
  • Note: You will use this account again; please store your email and password in a safe place.


Intent to March Deposit: A $50 non-refundable deposit is due by May 5th to secure your student's placement in the marching band drill.

  • There is only one payment option through Booster Hub.
  • Students cannot be added to the drill after the design process begins.
  • Please do not let financial difficulties stop you from joining. We have a wonderful Booster program that can assist if needed. Contact Mr. Odom for a solution.


Mandatory Band Parent (BPA) Meetings:

  • April 8th, 7:00 PM, FBHS Band Room (all band families)
  • July 22nd, 7:00 PM, FBHS Cafeteria (all band families)
  • These meetings are crucial for the planning and coordination of band activities. Your attendance is expected. We typically convene monthly, and your engagement is highly valued!


Band Class Enrollment: Marching Band students must be enrolled in the band class. Contact your school counselor if needed.
